Nowadays, industrial businesses are more aware of the value of machine maintenance, and more especially, the adoption of an effective maintenance strategy. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), which involves everyday chores involving the entire workforce, increases equipment efficiency, prevents breakdowns, and promotes autonomous operator maintenance. TPM is a fantastic technique for maintaining buildings and machines. This article provides research and a review of TPM implementation in an RMG Industry to help enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Data from the past have been studied, and the findings obtained in terms of motivated employees, improved OEE, and a decrease in the number of rejects/accidents on the production line are fairly positive. The methodology calls for gradually applying lean principles, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), 5S, and planned maintenance. After TPM deployment on the critical machine, improvements in availability, performance, and quality are seen boosting the overall efficacy of the equipment. A comparison of OEE before and after implementation demonstrates the effectiveness of TPM deployment throughout the industry.

The role of primary education is to ensure the broad-based development of pupils. This means ensuring that all pupils are able to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, cultural, and physical skills to the best of their abilities and preparing them for their further school career. It is known that education in Bangladesh is highly subsided. The government has given the highest importance to the education sector to ensure education for all. A large percentage of a country's national budget is set to promote education and make it more accessible. But the education system of Bangladesh faces several problems. Low performances in primary levels and dropout are matters of concern because the low performances can result of poverty, widening disparities in education opportunities and facilities, poor school attendance, less contact time in school, lack of skilled school teachers, and lack of coordination between parents and the teachers. For that reasons, this research is conducted to implement the Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve the condition and the quality of the primary education system. Total Quality Management is a tool for ensuring proper quality in the entire organization. The main objective of the research is to eliminate problems such as the lack of quality of teachers and to improve the relation between teachers, students, and parents. Another aim of this research is to improve the quality of the environment of the class room in order to motivate the students to go to school; so, the dropout can be reduced.

The global marketplace has witnessed an increased pressure from customers and competitors in manufacturing .In this age of agile manufacturing the global competition characterized by both technology push and market pull had forced the companies to achieve world-class performance through continuous improvement in their products and processes, reduction in cost, reduce wastes, increase quality, increasing of effectiveness, safety increasing, reduction of the pollution, increase decision making power and improved methodology. To want all this changes, there is need to adopt new the management system. In management system there are many types of techniques. The present work is dedicated to study and implement 5S methodology. In this work, proper system will be analyzed to reduce the wastes, reduction in cost, processes, and increase decision making power by implementing 5S techniques. Apart from this, theoretical results compared with original data from industry before and after implementation.
