5S is a systematic approach that helps to organize a workplace for increasing efficiency and reduce wasting of productivity by providing an organized safe environment. The objective of this paper is to emphasize the implementation of 5S principles for the workplace by reflecting a tooling problem of a manufacturing unit. This article examines the challenges experienced in the implementation of 5S methodology to optimize labor and safety in a manufacturing department by showing the gap of productivity caused while not having 5S methodology in workplaces. The time consumption analysis of 5S implementation through shadow boarding demonstrates workers who have been able to perform work more efficiently along with a significant reduction of searching time of tools. The results showed that 5S along with the shadow boarding technique creates improvement in efficiency, workspace, equipment search time, working environment and safety. Consequently, this shadow boarding technique would strongly support the objectives of multinational companies to achieve continuous improvement and higher performance.

The role of primary education is to ensure the broad-based development of pupils. This means ensuring that all pupils are able to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, cultural, and physical skills to the best of their abilities and preparing them for their further school career. It is known that education in Bangladesh is highly subsided. The government has given the highest importance to the education sector to ensure education for all. A large percentage of a country's national budget is set to promote education and make it more accessible. But the education system of Bangladesh faces several problems. Low performances in primary levels and dropout are matters of concern because the low performances can result of poverty, widening disparities in education opportunities and facilities, poor school attendance, less contact time in school, lack of skilled school teachers, and lack of coordination between parents and the teachers. For that reasons, this research is conducted to implement the Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve the condition and the quality of the primary education system. Total Quality Management is a tool for ensuring proper quality in the entire organization. The main objective of the research is to eliminate problems such as the lack of quality of teachers and to improve the relation between teachers, students, and parents. Another aim of this research is to improve the quality of the environment of the class room in order to motivate the students to go to school; so, the dropout can be reduced.

The world of ergonomic evaluation considerate the human biomechanics and anthropometric measurement an integral part of product design and development work. In this paper, we have given an attempt to design an ergonomically fitted office chair suitable for Bangladeshi people. In this paper, the anthropometric data analysis has been done in order to determine the necessary dimensions suitable for the office chair. Lastly, an ergonomically fitted office chair is designed based on this anthropometric data analysis. The concept of the paper is to focus on the dimensional changes that the Bangladeshi people need for their comfort in the ergonomic office chair. The structural difference in different regions makes us inspired to think about the office chair ergonomics for Bangladeshi people. In short, this paper reflects the entire process of designing an ergonomic office chair suitable for them.
